Linda Couvreur advises employers and employees and negotiates and litigates on all aspects of employment law, such as dismissal and redundancy, sickness and reintegration, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, salary claims and privacy in the workplace. Linda also assists in reviewing employment contracts and settlement agreements. Clients appreciate Linda for her pragmatic approach, accessibility, and involvement.
Linda obtained a master’s degree in Employment Law and a master’s degree in Internet, Intellectual Property and IT Law at VU University Amsterdam. For her Master’s Thesis she was awarded a Thesis Prize.
Linda is member of the Young Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging voor Jonge Arbeidsrechtadvocaten (VJAA)).
